WebTalk can reach 300+ countries and area, please refer to the detailed calling rate on the web site. When you dial an international number, your need to dial country code, area code and phone number, same as you did on the regular phone. Click the green dial button to make a phone call and click the red end button to finish the call. |
Could I install WebTalk on different computers? |

Sure you can. WebTalk will able to make a call as long as your computers are on the Internet. Register your WebTalk with the same user accounts; you can use it on different computers. |
What kind of audio equipment do I need? |

Your computer needs to be connected to Internet. You also need a microphone and speakers (or earphone) plugged into the sound card. |
If my operating system is Windows XP SP2 version, what should I do to change the window firewall setting to allow the WebTalk port usage? |

1. Go to the control panel.  |

2. Select Windows Firewall  |

| 3. On the displayed Firewall setting window, select Exceptions. If WebTalk is on the list, check the WebTalk |
